Shift Scheduling Home
Introduction
This website provides a simple tool to help you construct shift schedules. Specifically, it is designed for managers/coordinators who have:
- a list of roles that need to be filled,
- a list of dates on which those roles need to be filled, and
- a list of team members who are willing to fill the roles (with varying availability and capabilities).
Key Features
- Once you define your roles and dates, the tool automatically generates a sign-up survey that you can distribute to your prospective team members as a link or a QR code.
- The sign up survey allows your team members to specify the dates on which they are available as well as the roles that they are willing to fill.
- Whenever someone signs up, you will be notified via email. You can also check the list of signed up team members at any time by logging in.
- You can generate a schedule as soon as you think you have a reasonable number of team members signed up. You can also generate more schedules as more team members sign up.
- The generated schedules can be downloaded as CSV files, so that you can format and modify them as much as you like.
- This tool is 100% FREE!
Example Uses
- Scheduling employee shifts at your workplace.
- Scheduling who performs what duties in a church service.
- Scheduling volunteers shifts for your non-profit organization.
